1. Schedule a "free of cost" initial consultation with owner, and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Stephanie Etie, via a Telehealth platform.
2. Once the funding source provides authorization for an assessment, you will schedule initial assessment (this may be conducted via Telehealth or in-person, depending on best practices). This may take several visits, ranging anywhere from 2 -hour to 16-hour observations.
3. BCBA Supervisor who conducted your initial assessment will develop treatment plan goals and the appropriate recommendations for the number of hours each week.
4. A team of RBTs (Registered Behavior Technicians) will be composed to fit your schedule/availability.
5. This initial process can take up to 6 weeks to begin formal services in your home.
6. Once treatment begins, a BCBA Supervisor will provide ongoing support for the team of RBTs, as well as, parent training services.
